- Description
- Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and to make alterations to three residences at the Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge near Elko,Nevada. Project includes (1) Quarters No. 8 remodeling kitchen and bath, addition of dining area; (2) Quarters No. 17 replacement of septic system, plumbing system, and enlargement of living and bedroom areas; (3) Quarters No. 46 alternation of electrical system, abatement of lead paint and asbestos tape, installation of basement escapement windows, and wood stove ventilation. This is not an invitation for bid. Award will be negotiated on "best value" basis based on such factors as past performance and experience, in accordance with FAR Part 15 provisions. The estimated construction price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.00. The issue and due dates are approximations. Proposals will be due not sooner than 30 calendar days after solicitation issue date. Fax requests for RFP to (503) 231-6259. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
