- Pre-Solicitation Notice, F49642-03-T0084 Description: Bolling Air Force Base intends to procure services for Editing, Indexing, and Preparing Camera Copy of a Historical Manuscript Tentatively Entitled Silver Wings, Golden Valor: The United States Air Force Remembers the Korean War. The period of performance shall be for fifteen (15) weeks. Offerors shall meet the requirements and qualifications set out in forthcoming Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 15-Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting. This acquisition is being acquired as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 711510. A solicitation package will be posted on or about 13 May 03. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offers interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and a current registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract; it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
