SHELTER - Qty 1 each, DQTM61PKG16869 HD TRAILER PKG W/SHELTER, 75' CRANK, to include items: System shelter completely integrated and designed transportable application. Shelter size: 12'x8'x7'- with HVAC and electrical, equipment racks and cable trays; Trailer: heavy duty, dual axel trailer, constructed of hot-dipped galvanized steel with 4 wheel electric breaks. Environmentally controlled aluminum shelter is integrated onto the trailer. Aluminum shelter house 5 Intelli-Repeater communications equipment. 75ft extra heavy-duty aluminum tower, integration with trailer and shelter. Trunking equipment stored in the shelter, 12 KW diesel generator in enclosure and electronic governor and 80 gallon fuel tank. External plug for commercial power supplies and interfaces internal power distribution system. Shelter tower is equipped with anchor kit. Temporary anchor kit consists of three (3) ducks bill anchors; sets of three (3) - guy attachments places, and drive steel. Assembled guy kit consisting of three (3) sets of pre-set galvanized guys with storage pouch. (A total of nine- (9) guy cable assembles.) Antenna storage contained (6-inch up to 12 feet long. Electric Winch (12 VDC) with control cable, cover, and battery pack. Storage Box (19?x 20?x62?) Spare tire mounted and locked. 13,500 BTU A/C and heat (RV type). Dual 12V work light on trailer. Coax cable reel (capacity: 300 feet of 5/8? cable). Three hole cable entry port, Telephone inlet and modular in receptacle. Set of four (4) heavy-duty swivel lifting eyes. Standard ?Electric Brake? breakaway kit. Equipment racks (19-inch with vibration isolators. Cable Trays. Trailer tool kit. Dri-dek flooring. Paint scheme upgrade. This procurement is part of a system procurement that will be purchased under the Motorola GSA schedule. All items listed and utilized in this system are proprietary to Motorola and are compatible with the systems already on Vandenberg AFB. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
