This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F34601-03-Q-49100. The solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). Closing date for quotations will be received at the issuing office until 3:00 PM on 19 June 2003.
