- Modification To: Airborne Wideband Antenna (AWA) Industry Day. Reference: Request for Information (RFI) F19628- 03-R-0047. Due to the large number of responses to the referenced Request For Information (RFI) and more than anticipated requests for one-on-one sessions, it is necessary to reschedule the Airborne Wideband Antenna (AWA) Industry Day. Rescheduling will allow the Government more time to review each Company's response and to accommodate each Company's request for a one-on-one session without reducing the time of each session. The new dates for Industry Day are 16 - 19 June 2003 at the Mitre facility, Bedford, MA. The meeting on 16 June 2003 will begin at 1:00 PM EST. At that time, the Government will present their needs and objectives. One-on-one sessions will be available beginning at 8:00 AM EST on 17 June 2003. Each Company that had requested a one-on-one session should contact Ms. Janice Sullivan to reschedule. Contact information is as follows: E-mail address: Janice.Sullivan@hanscom.af.mil.
