- The Durg Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of a 2DetectML Financial Investigation System. This is an anticipated sole source purchase order to Actionable Intelligence Technologies, under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Any firms desiring consideration must fully identify their capabilities to perform. Response must be in writing and submitted to the contracting official listed above, fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice. All respondents will be considered by this agency. This requirement is being solicited on a Sole Source basis. See Note No. 22.
