- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to award a sole source contract to West Services, Inc., 901 15th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005 for continued access to Westlaw Legal Timesharing Services. This proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is a "Notice of Intent" and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties that feel they can provide the services may respond by registering via DOE's IIPS at http://e-center.doe.gov and, submitting their capability statement electronically, referencing the above listed solicitation number in this notice, including pricing. All submissions must be received within forty-five (45) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
