- The solicitation has been delayed and will be available on or about May 23, 2003 and must be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All questions must be directed to the contracting officer in writing by e-mail at bernita.clark@il.usda.gov, by facsimile to (217)353-6677, or by mail. Telephone inquires will not be accepted. The anticipated date for receipt of bids is on or about June 23, 2003. This solicitation is being solicited as a total hubzone set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. The U.S. Government reserves the right to retain the work in-house and make no contract award.
