- NSN: 6545-00-912-9870, Case, Medical Instrument and Supply Set, Nylon, No. 3, 10 Inches long by 4-1/4 inches wide by 8 inches high. Shall be in accordance with MIL-C-36857 dated 26 Sept 72 and amendment 1 dated 12 Dec 86. Total quantity of 17,323 each to be delivered to DD San Joaquin(6,269 each) and DD New Cumberland (11,054 each) on or before 12 Dec 2003. Total set-aside for small business concerns. Copies of this RFQ can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home. From the Gateway homepage, select Search RFQs from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFQs. If you are not, you will be directed to get registered at time of download.
