- Refer to notes: 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date. The issue date is anticipated to be 29 May 2003. The following NSNs: 4820011471712, 4330011480424, and 4320011448200. Part numbers are: RK300002-40, RK300002-50, and 300043-1, Testek Inc. PR number is IQC03098007001. Solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual dollar value of $131,86. Shipment will be based on F.O.B. Origin. Pricing is going to be based on a range quantity of 1 each, depending on the NSN. A delivery schedule of 67 days will be required for each of the first two parts, and 134 days for the last part. Estimated award date is August 2003. The solicitation will be available on its issue date at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 4 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are: Cage code 06659, Testek Inc. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors as described in the solicitation.
