Description

The Customs and Border Protection Bureau is seeking quotes for the following service: Hotel, located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area that can provide a meeting room for a conference to be held on September 15-17, 2003; attendance 400 people. Plus, 6 breakout rooms which can accomodate a total of 310 people. The cost for morning and afternoon light refreshments for non-government attendees are considered part of the total package. Individual lodging for a total of 385 room nights for non-government people will be an outgrowth of this conference, but will not be part of this award. Expected audio visual needs: 1 ea. sound board, 4 ea. microphones, 4 ea. wireless microphones, audio technician, etc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 13. NAICS is 721110.
