- NAICS Code: 541620 Amendment #1 to RFQ-GA-03-00033 for Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) and Oil Pollution Act (OPA) compliance technical assistance to federal facilities which was advertised on April 23, 2003. The sole source small business set-aside will be converted to full and open competition, firm fixed price. The Environmental Protection Agency anticipates that a purchase order will be awarded as a small business set-aside, firm fixed price, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). A completed representations and certifications must be included with the completed request for quote (RFQ). Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best over all value to the Government. All requests for the RFQ should be directed to Charles Hayes at 404-562-8393 or hayes.charles@epa.gov. The RFQ with the applicable statement of work with evaluation factors will be issued NLT May 15, 2003. All quotes are due by June 17, 2003, 12:00 p.m. EST.
