- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Digital Video Camera 1280 X 1024, Fast Camera13 w 128Mbyte PN FV13-C1000T, Qty 3; 2) Cable Fast Camera, 10 feet PN FX-CBLCL2-10, Qty 6; 3) Frame Grabber, Fast-X w/Xilinx 1000 & 3 GB Mem, PN FX-103; Qty 3 4) Software, Fast-X ALRT Runtime PN FX-ALRT-WIN2K-XP Qty 3. This requirement is sole sourced to FastVision, Inc. 131 Daniel Webster Highway, #529, Nashua, NH 03060 for compatibility with other existing components in the advanced instrumentation system. Any firms believing that they can provide the Camera System may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Camera System without causing programmatic hardship.
