- Description
- Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct two parking lots and +/- 1.1 miles of trails at the Cosumnes River Preserve. Work under this contract is located in southern Sacramento County, CA. The Government Estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bonds will be required. This is a re-advertisement of solicitation NDB030024 that was set-aside for Hubzone concerns andt was cancelled due to bids received was in excess of government funds available. This project is available to all responsive, responsible offerors who submit a bid under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer and submit their offer to the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about May 16, 2003. All contractors are strongly encouraged to register at the Central Contract Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov. Any firm already registered, should ensure your profile is updated. This registration is necessary to receive amendment notifications, contract awards and facilitate payments.
