- NA The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) has the requirement for Graphic Services. The contractor shall provide all labor materials, and equipment needed to provide the services described herein to include graphics support of the followin g types: briefings, charts, photographs, 35mm slides, prints, transparencies, scanning, lamination, framing, original artwork, multimedia, photo-mechanical transfer and plastic laminated artwork. The contractor shall provide the following graphics suppor t within the USASMDC facility in Huntsville, AL during government work hours: briefings, charts, prints, transparencies, and scanning. As required, the contractor shall incorporate graphics previously created by the contractor, other contractors, and/or f urnished by the government into a final production. As part of this process the contractor may be required to import, convert, enhance and/or export the existing graphic from any of the formats listed herein to any other (i.e convert 35mm slide image to a color print). This acquisition is not open to allied participation. A Secret facility clearance is required for this effort. This effort is a competitive set-aside for small business. The planned period of performance is a thirty-six (36) months basic effort with four (4) twelve (12) months options for a total of eighty-four (84) months. The government contemplates award of a cost-plus-fixed fee, level of effort contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541430 with a small business standard of 6 million dollars.
