- NA Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) intends to issue a solicitation request for Quotation DAAA09-03-Q-3013 under the test program of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. This procurement is for Tube in accordance with drawing number 11579782. Quantity of 22 each with a 100 per cent option quantity. FOB: Destination. Procurement is unrestricted. Quotations will be due 15 days after date of issue, issue date is approximately May 8, 2003. Product will be shipped to Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, New York. All cont ractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor?s Register (CCR). This registration will be a condition of award.
