NA AX361008AX, NSN: 5306-01-331-2591, PN: HS5683-8-21, 3,820 each, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. destination with deliveries to Stockton, CA 95296-0130, Texarkana, TX 75507-500 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item is restricted to Space Lok Inc., 13306 Halldale Ave, Gardena, CA 90349, Cage code 16258, Air Industries Corp., 12570 Knott Street, Garden Grove, CA 92841-3998, Cag e Code 06725 and Tempco Engineering Inc., 8866 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Sun Valley, CA 91352-2920, because the part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capabil ity, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 3,280 each, 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production L ead-time without First Article Testing is 3,280 each, 150 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 3,280 each, 188 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of releas e of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
