- This solicitation F29651-03-RL001 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The electronic solicitation and synopsis constitute the only announcement. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Firm fixed price is contemplated. This procurement is being conducted as 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812320. The size standard is $3,500,000.00. Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform laundry and dry cleaning. Performance shall be done in a manner that will provide clean laundry and dry cleaning in accordance with local, county, state and federal professional industry standards and as required in this Statement of Work. 2 Attachment is included: (1) Solicitation, Standard form 1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items and (2) Statement of Work. Any interested party must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award (ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). No hard copy will be available. All responsible sources must submit the SF 1449 Request for Quote (RFQ), including the FAR Clause 52.212-3, ?Offeror Representations and Certifications---Commercial Items,? which shall be considered by the agency.
