- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii) Solicitation F73JTS31071000 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. (iv) N/A (v) See attached schedule (vi) 34 rooms within 12 miles from 151 East Horizon Ridge Parkway, Henderson, Nevada (See attached statement of work). (vii) The date of delivery shall be 22 August 2003 to 29 August 2003 at facilities location; FOB Destination. Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The Government will award a cost-reimbursable contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable. Award will be made subject to availability of funds IAW FAR 52.232-18. (x) Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items and contractors quoted price list with its offer.
