- Description
- Attached is the DTFAWA-03-R-BFMS, package for the BFMS procurement. The contractor shall be required to qualifiy as a small business as of the date of release of the SIR. The FAA will conduct a two-phase source selection process. A Downselect decision will be made at the end of Phase I based on those proposals deemed most likely to receive contract award. The Government reserves the right to downslect any offeror during Phase II if it is apparent that the offeror is not likely to receive the award. The anticipated award date is January 2004. See the attached cover letter, Screening Information Request (SIR), and list of interested vendors.
