- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. Deadhorse Stand Exam Project on the Ely Ranger District, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest of approximately 989 plots. The project area is 10 miles outside of Ely, Nevada on US Highway 6, on the east side of the highway, and headed south. The estimated start date is June 1, 2003 with 210 calendar days for completion. See numbered note #1.
