Description: Remove seven (7) existing furnaces and four (4) humidifiers and install seven (7) new furnaces, five (5) new electric baseboard heaters and seven (7) new humidifiers in six residential buildings, including two apartment units. Dispose of existing furnaces and humidifiers off-site. Install necessary electrical and water lines and shut-off valves, as required. 20 year warranty on furnaces and 10 year warranty on humidifiers required. Performance anticipated 1-30 June 2003. This project is 100% emerging, small business set-aside.
