Procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. First Article Testing is applicable. If First Article Testing is waived, the delivery schedule is 215 days ARO. If First Article Testing is not waived the delivery schedule is 395 days ARO. The solicitation issue date is on or about 2003 MAY 23.
