Critical Application Item, I/A/W 13873. This is commercial item. This solicitation will be solicited as Other than Full and Open competition and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one year plus (4) option years. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Line item 0001 is stock (AQ5) Tracy, CA. Line item 0002 is stock for (SRG) Richmond, VA, QAP 251. Line Item 0003 is (DVD), Direct Vendor Delivery, QAP 022 for EDI. Requested FOB Origin for DVD, FOB Destination for stocks. All lines, Inspection and Acceptance will be Destination. The solicitation will issue on 10 June 2003 with a closing date of 01 July 2003.
