- Solicitation Number YPG03037001066, SP0450-03-R-2345, NSN 6850-01-341-9856, Deicing and Anti-Icing Fluid for Runways, Blue Color, Unit Quantity is gallon for Bulk Quantities only. Anticipate a FFP Definite Quantity Contract with a Provision of 100 Quantity Option. RFP, 100% Small Business Set Aside, Full and Open Competition, Commercial, Transportation will be Truck, Train and Barge to King Salmon, AK. This Material must be shipped to Seattle Washington by Rail no later than June 15, 2003, IAW SPEC SAE-AMS 1435A-99, TYPE II, SHELF LIFE 48 Months. Critical Application Item. Quantity is 50,000 Gallons Bulk Shipped on Barges on a U. S. Flag Flying Ship. COS is coded Y Therefore, Solicitation Clauses will be IAW FAR, Part 12, FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance is Destination, QAP 251. The Solicitation will not Contain EPA Provision and does not Contain Progress Payment, Quantity Variance PLUS 1% Minus 1%, Delivery Schedule is 21 Days to 30 Days Quickest Means of Transportation. Surge Requirement is not Necessary for this RFP. ABVS (Automated Best Value System applies: The final Contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. The Solicitation will issue on May 9, 2003 with a closing date of May 23, 2003. A paper copy of this Solicitation will be available to Requesters by Accessing the Website Progate (Gateway) RFP will be posted to Gateway. Print out RFP and FED EX by closing to JJB, Bid Custodian, DSCR.
