Description

PR No: LTC02298002665. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Sequestrant. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 6850-01-362-2182; P/N 120-0710; base year AEQ: 1375 bottles ? option year AEQ: 1375 bottles; Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at destination, 45 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 15 May 2003. The anticipated award date is 15 July 2003. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
