Description

Is seeking to lease approximately 16,934 usable square feet of office and related space for the Social Security Office Usable space must yield a minimum of 16,934 square feet. Preference will be given to contiguous ground floor space. If unavailable, the second preference is is a minimum of 8467 usable square feet on the ground floor and the remainder on a contiguous floor. Third preference is space on no more than two contiguous floors, with a minimum of 8467 usable square feet on the lower floor and the remainder on a contiguous floor. 3 reserved off-street parking spaces are required. Lease Term: 12 years, 8 years firm. Occupancy is desired a soon as possible but, allowing time for award and buildout, estimated toward the early part of 2004.
