- Description
- This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to procure the development of hybrid interface theory and software on an other than full and open competitive basis with RM Associates (RMA), 1211 Deerfield Drive, State College, PA 16803-2207. The contractor will develop and validate a set of Modeling and Simulation tools to predict the coupling between antennas on future Navy ships operating at frequencies above ~1-2 GHz.
