- Contractor to provide various Household Appliance parts. Complete RFQ (N00189-03-T-0206) package available upon request in writing, by email (brandon.bucher@navy.mil), or by fax (757-443-1389). When requesting a copy of RFQ (N00189-03-T-0206), contractor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so will be grounds for refusing the request. This procurement will be accomplished through commercial items procedures. Numbered Note, Number 1 applies. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. NAICS 443111 (500 Employees).
