- USS MITSCHER (DDG-57), SSP 505-04, Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). The work includes miscellaneous electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs including drydocking. MSRA. The place of performance is restricted to the homeport (Norfolk, VA) in the contractor's facility. This is a Best Vlue solicitation. Contractors are encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals.
