- This solicitation is being advertised as IFB for small business set-aside competitive. The NAICS code is 561790, with a size standard of $6 million. The intention of this solicitation is to obtain swimming pool maintenance services for NAS JRB Fort Worth Texas for the base period and 4 one year option periods. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend a scheduled site visit on Thursday 8 May 2003 at 1:00 P.M. Parties will meet at Building 1215 (ROICC), Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth Texas NLT 1:00 p.m. Contractors must provide a list of personnel attending the site visit by 7 May 2003 before 4:00 p.m. faxed to 817-782-7680 attn S Roberson or e-mailed to robersonsb@efdsouth,navfac.navy.mil. Failure to comply denies your access to the base. All personnel attending the site visit must have a valid photo identification. The drivers must show proof of insurance and registration for the vehicle being driven. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award.
