Description

NA USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) proposes to issue a sole source award to Strictly Business Computer Systems, Inc., operation and maintenance of Project and Programs Management Information System (PROMIS) to identify and correct softw are deficiencies and bugs, develop and incorporate enhancements to the existing client in a manner compatible with existing functionality without incompatible side affects. PROMIS is proprietary software designed by Information Technology Laboratory and developed by Strictly Business, Inc., specifically for the Corps of Engineers. A firm fixed-price purchase order will be awarded utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time. See Note 22.
