- NA Point of Contact ? Suzanne Jetton, Contract Specialist, (817) 886-1066 This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Requirements Type Contract to furnish all equipment, personnel, supplies, fuel, maintenance, and supervision, to perform various construction activities and road building services for a multiple lake project in Central Texas (including Belton, Stillhouse Hollow, Georgetown, Granger, and Canyon Lakes, TX). Work includes equipment rental, tree removal, paving, water and sewer line installation, fencing, painting, and various other construction activitie s. Actual work performed will be authorized by task orders issued to the contractor during the term of the contract. Estimated Construction Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.00 for the base and two option periods. Solicitation will issue on or about 17 J une 2003. Proposals will be due on or about 17 July 2003 at 4:00 p.m., central time. Duration of the project is from date of award through 30 September 2004 with two option periods of 365 calendar days each. The North American Industrial Classification S ystem (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. Small Business Size Standard is $28,500,000.00. This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR Clau se 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The Fort Worth District subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor?s total planned subcontract amount to be placed with the following: Small Business , 57.2%; Small Disadvantages Business, 8.9%; Women-Owned Small Business, 8.1%; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, 3.0%; and HUBZone Small Business, 3.0%. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge on the issue date. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through 3.5 in ch diskette, CD-ROM and/or the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
