This item has been identified by IMMC as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the customers changing supply demand. As such, Incremental Quantity Program provisions will be included to reflect a minimum quantity of 14, a known quantity of 35, and a maximum quantity of 115. The proposed contract will be firm fixed price, multiple year, requirements contract. This proposed acquisition also includes out year requirements for (4) four years with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This requirement requires two (2) each, first article submitted for testing . Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 310 days after contract award. 110 days for delivery of first article, 90 days testing and 110 days for delivery of production quantity. Delivery Schedule without first article, 110 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, whic h shall be considered by this agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
