- NA Provide all supervision, labor, material and equipment necessary for the inspection of and reporting on sewer lines and manholes at Fort Drum, NY,in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contr act. Required work includes physical inspection of the interiors of sewer lines, and the interior and exterior of sanitary manholes; investigation for water infiltration and structural damage; videotaping (through the use of Closed Circuit Television came ra); and written reports covering the findings. This RFQ is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990, with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. The RFQ can be accesse d at the Fort Drum Directorate of Contracting?s Home Page at http://www.drum.army.mil/garrison/director/spcl/dircon/service.htm RFQ issue date will be on or about May 12, 2003. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be available. The DUE DATE for the solicitat ion shall be 15 days after actual issuance/posting on Fort Drum?s Web Page. Any responsible small business company qualified to perform the required work may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
