- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number F2SVFF31120100. (iii) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8322 with a small business size standard of $6.0M. The associated NAICS code is 624110. (iv) This synopsis/solicitation contains one contract line item number (CLIN) CLIN 0001. Description is as follows: Contractor shall provide three days of Boys and Girls Club of America youth development and programming training at Yokota AB, Japan on 2-4 Jun 03. The training shall further develop and enhance the skills of youth professionals working on military installations throughout PACAF (Pacific Air Force). This training shall focus on the BGCA Youth Development Strategies and Programs that assist in the development of quality youth programs. The training shall be developed around input provided from HQ PACAF and installatios to meet the current needs of youth professionals in accordance with Statement of Work. (v) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. (vi) A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued based upon the proposal determined to provide the best value and price. Award will be based on an integrated assessment of product quality, past performance, and price. (vii) Offerors are required to complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?Commercial Items, excluding paragraph (b) of the provision (IAW DFARS 212.301(b)(2)).
