Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q-0007, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-13 and Defense DCN 03-31. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6120 The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3548. The North American Industry Classification System is 335311 and the associated business size standard is 750 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001- 300 KVA -3 PHASE PADMOUNT TRANSFORMER, OIL TYPE. PRI VOLTAGE: DUAL VOLTAGE 12470/4160 D. SEC VOLTAGE: 208/120 Y, 2 POSITION LABOR SWITCH (ON-OFF), EXTERNAL NO-LOAD TAP CHANGER, RADIAL FEED, WELLS & INSERTS, BAYONET FUSING DEAD FRONT, QUANTITY (1EA). Item 0002- 1 ROLL-500 MCM THHN COPPER WIRE,QUANTITY (500FT) . Item 0003- YS34-L BURNDY (500 MCM BUTT SPLICES), QUANTITY (60EA). Item 0004- KS34 BURNDY (500 MCM SPLITT BOLTS), QUANTITY (10EA). Item 0005- ELBOW, DEADBREAK, 600 AMP, 15KV, MFG: COOPER PART #BT625E17AIT, QUANTITY (18EA). The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR 52.209-6 Protecting the Government's Interest When Subcontracting With Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. Quotes without this provision will not be considered for an award. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items will be incorporated into any resultant Purchase Order by reference.
