- The 377 CONS/LGCB, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to procure high-altitude balloons under a Indefinite Delivery/Definite Quantity contract. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ). The RFQ will be posted separately. Anticipated RFQ date is 2 May 2003. Anticpated award date is 26 May 2003. Packaging is standard commercial packaging.
