- Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley, in Murfreesboro, TN intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Baxter Healthcare Corporation located at One Baxter Parkway, DF3-2E, Deerfield, IL 60015 for Home Dialysis Supplies and Services. This notice is to inform the public that a contract will be negotiated with the above named contractor. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If there are any other responsible sources that feel they can meet this requirement must provide proof to the Contracting Officer no later than May 13, 2003 at 4:30 pm.
