- CORRECTION: This action originally publicized in the FEDBIZOPPS dated 4/18/2003 is to change the scope of work that should read as follow: This is not a Software Development. The VA Boston Healthcare System, 150 South Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02310, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with DATALABS for the acquisition of a Clinical Trial Management Software application which includes 50 software licenses, tele-forms integration tool, implementation, service, support and training. The requirements include a database capable of handling data from large multi-site studies, a management application capable of performing all core clinical trial activities, a data acquisition module that will allow for both remote data capture (internet or client-server) and paper form data capture and a system with sufficient flexibility to fulfill the needs of both MAVERIC functions. This application needs to have a proven track record. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. (Change response date to 5/12/2003). Responses must be received no later than May 12, 2003 at 4:30PM, Eastern Standard Time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
