- Extending the expiration date so document and forms are available through 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Savings Time) May 1, 2003 due date. Amendment 00001 to SIR DTFACT-03-R-00004, Block 9a contained an inadvertent typographical error in that the number was mistated as DTFACT03-021-R-00013. Please make a pen and ink change to correct to read: DTFACT-03-R-00004. Amendment 00001 to SIR is attached below. This requirement is set-aside for very small businesses, NAICCS code 541611.
