The incumbent contractor is The National Quality Research Center (NQRC) at the University of Michigan Business School. The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months from the date of execution. The NQRC will provide the weights for states? use in calculating their own ACSI stores for substate, or local, areas for each year of this agreement. The SOC should demonstrate the interested source?s experience in the areas of job seekers of state and local agencies that provide employment and training activities.
