- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center (PSC), Division of Acquisition Management, on behalf of the PSC Division of Property Management, is seeking a contractor to provide a variety of labor services. The Contractor shall provide labor services to a number of offices and activities administratively related to the PSC. The exact quantity of labor services and types of services is uncertain. This requirement is totally set aside for small business. It is anticipated that a fixed-price performance based service contract will be awarded for a base year and four 12-month option periods. Solicitation No. 233-04-0002 will be available on or about May 30, 2003. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Number is 493110, and the business size standard is $21.5 million. Prospective Offerors will be given an opportunity to submit questions prior to submission of proposals. Questions must be received by 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time on June 13, 2003. Prospective Offerors must submit their questions in Microsoft Word format to Anita Nearhoof via e-mail: anearhoof@psc.gov and will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps. No telephone or fax requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
