- SITE VISITS ARE SCHEDULED AS FOLLOWS: SITE ONE---MAY 16, 2003 @ 10:00 A.M. (Local Time), National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging, Gerontology Research Center, 5600 Nathan Shock Drive, Room 1-D-12, Baltimore, MD 21224 (The GRC is located on Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC) Campus. Contractors will have to park in the JHBMC paid parking lots); SITE TWO---MAY 19-21, 2003 @ 9:00 A.M. (Local Time), National Institutes of Health ? Campus, 9000 Rockville Pike, Building 13, Conference Room 3W-54, Bethesda, MD 20892; SITE THREE---MAY 22, 2003 @ 9:00 A.M. (Local Time), National Institutes of Health, Animal Center Building 101, Elmer School Road, Poolesville, MD 20837; SITE FOUR---MAY 23, 2003 @ 9:00 A.M. (Local Time), National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, 111 Alexander Drive, Rall Building, Conference Room B (main lobby area), Research Triangle Park, North Carolina 27709; and SITE FIVE---MAY 28, 2003 @ 9:00 A.M. (Local Time), National Institutes of Health, Rocky Mountain Laboratories, 903 South 4th St., Building 9, Conference Room, Hamilton, Montana 59840. DUE TO SECURITY REASONS, Prospective Offerors MUST contact Sheri Custer via email no later than May 9, 2003 if you plan to attend the above site(s). PLEASE PROVIDE: 1) the full name of person(s) planning to visit the site(s); 2) the location of the site(s); and 3) if applicable, the vehicle(s) make, model, color, license plate number and state. MUST HAVE TWO PICTURE IDENTIFICATIONS TO ACCESS ALL NIH FACILITIES. The required site information should be sent to Ms. Custer as follows: The MEO should submit information to Property-PWS (NIH/OD) and information from Outside the NIH Community should be submitted to custers@od.nih.gov.
