- The U. S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, Pittsburgh PA intends to issued a Sole Souse Purchase Order to Geotech LTD, Aurora, Ontario, Canada, for providing Airborne Electromagnetic Survey of four coal-mining areas in southwestern Virginia. Also for the processing of the data collect during the Surveys. This is considered a sole source acquisition no solicitation will be issued. Any interested party may contact Mr. Thomas J. Gruber.
