- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Protected Resources has a requirement for a conference for the Prescott Review Panel, scheduled May 19 through 23, 2003. The selected facility must provide a conference meeting package that meets the following criteria: (1) Overnight accommodations for forty-one participants based on single occupancy room rates for a total of four nights; Primary meeting space; Breakout Rooms; Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily; Continuous beverage breaks; Standard audio-visual equipment; complimentary parking, use of fitness and recreation center. The facility must be in the Northern Virginia area, 35 mile radius from major airport. Offerors may send proposals for the services listed above to the attention of Janet Hannah at Janet.M.Hannah@noaa.gov by May 6, 2003. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
