Quantity 58 each. 100% options applies. *********THIS IS A NAVY CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM ********* ONLY COMPANIES APPROVED BY THE NAVY CAN BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS AWARD. AT THIS TIME THE ONLY APPROVED COMPANIES ARE: LORI INC. CAGE 63389, NORTHROP GRUMMAN CAGE 26512, NORTHROP GRUMMAN ST. AUGUSTINE CAGE 61174 AND US DYNAMICS CAGE 26269. ALL OTHER COMPANIES INTERESTED IN MANUFACTURING THIS PART SHOULD SUBMIT A SOURCE APPROVAL REQUEST (SAR) PACKAGE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE NAVY. PLEASE DIRECT ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING SOURCE APPROVAL TO DSCR'S EA-6B TECHNICIAN LARRY SLATER AT 804-279-2433 OR FAX 804-279-6612. FOB origin with inspection and acceptance at origin.
