- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand of a variety of PINS. Solicitation SP0560-03-R-0003 will be issued to support this initiative for various 5315 Pins. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 341 core items, with a list of up to 10,606 additional NSN?s to be evaluated and added as requirements arise. This procurement is a partial hubzone and a partial small business set-aside. The listing of core and potential add (universe) is attached. Prospective contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Solicitation became available 4/28/03. This acqusition is being solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC)with a two (2) base years with three (3) one-year options. This will be a best value source selection.
