- DESC: This is a sole source requirement for a three year firm fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract for manufacture of a Visor Door Actuator, NSN 1680-00-402-9812UC, P/N: 4F90005-109A/10360-2. The initial order period consists of a quantity of 12 ea. The remaining ordering periods consist of a minimum buy of 1 ea for each year and a maximum of 12 ea for each year. The total contract maximum quantity would be 36 ea. These items are applicable to the C-5 aircraft. MATL: Steel DIMENSIONS: Approx. 15in X 15in X 16in FUNCTION: Opens and Closes the Forward Cargo Driver DELIVERY: 31 Dec 03. Delivery will be to Robins AFB GA 31098. DATA IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. The approximate RFP issue date will be 19 Nov 02 with the approximate response date of 19 Dec 02. RFP will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Email and fax responses to the RFP are acceptable.
