- NA A requirement contract with a base year and four (4) option periods is contemplated. Contractor shall provide all resources and management necessary to provide all labor, materials, and equipment as required for inspection, cleaning, assessment and repair of kitchen exhaust systems at various locations, postwide, Fort Campbell, KY. Each system shall be inspected and cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Contractor shall perform inspections and cleaning of ductwork of all kitchen hoods, cleaning of ductwork include fans, screens, bird screens, dampers, rain-hoods, plenums, and all other associated equipment and accessories. Work may include associated electrical, mechanical ductwork. Contractor performing this work shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in inspection, cleaning maintenance and repairing of exhaust hood systems and equipment. The performance period will be a base period and four (4) option periods of one year each. For the purpose of determining Small Business size for this acquisition is NAICS 238220, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
